Our manufacturing plants situated at Vasai, Maharashtra, India are well equipped with latest infrastructure, quality testing laboratory and R & D Centre.

We have special technologies and teams engaged in manufacturing Alumino Thermit welding kits, consumables and equipment for the welding process. Our special small track machines are manufactured with indigenous technology developed by our expert teams with futuristic approach.

We cater to one of the largest networks in the world i.e. Indian Railways across the country. We are proud to be RDSO (Research Design and Standards Organization, Govt of India undertaking Apex body certifying product compliance for Indian railways) approved vendor for Alumino Thermit Welding kits and a wide range of small track / ultrasonic machines. Each manufactured lot is inspected by RDSO QA Civil Directorate inspection personnel, ensures inspection as per stipulated specifications and guidelines for testing quality of each said lots.

We ensure quality at every stage right from raw material to final product. Quality compliances are validated through various testing such as USFD, Hardness, Traverse Load Breaking and Deflection, Spectro analysis for chemical composition, Macro and Micro Analysis of the welded rail.
